Q&A
兼サーはできますか?
Can I study abroad?
can!
However, please give priority to GJSSC activities. Attendance at regular meetings is mandatory.
can!
Every year, many committee members go abroad to study.
Please note that the activity period is from the first year to the spring of the third year, and you cannot participate during the study abroad period. Also, the fall of the second year is the period when you can be proactive in events and other activities.
Does it cost money?
Basically, it doesn't cost anything!
As an exception, if you participate in an event that requires a participation fee as a participant rather than as an event staff member, you will be charged the participation fee.
Can second year students join?
Of course you are welcome!
Membership is open to first and second year students in the School of Global Japanese Studies and the School of Interdisciplinary Mathematical Sciences.
The target international students are regular students who have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 or above.
When can I join?
Every year in April of the spring semester, an orientation session is held, and after attending, you will be asked to submit a membership application form. After that, if your membership is approved through a selection process, you will be asked to attend regular meetings!
Is it okay if I'm not confident in my English?
it's okay!
Of course, committee members have the opportunity to interact with international students, but the purpose of our activities is to provide a forum for interaction between students.
